3. Orders & Payment

•    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
•    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud
•    Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice
•    Payment must be received before products are shipped or fulfilled

If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

•    Perishable products are shipped using temperature-controlled methods when applicable
•    Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
•    Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation

UFG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

•    All food sales are final
•    Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for damaged or incorrect orders
•    Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details
