At Urban Flavors Gourmet (UFG), we take pride in producing high-quality, perishable food products. Due to the nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept:
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Order cancellations after shipment
This policy helps us maintain strict food safety and quality control standards.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While all sales are final, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered in proper condition.
We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion if:
• Your order arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong product
• Items are missing from your shipment
To Report an Issue:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of:

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
3. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
Urban Flavors Gourmet is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
4. Temperature Sensitivity
Our products are packed using insulated materials and cooling methods designed to maintain safe temperatures during normal transit times.
We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from:
• Packages left outdoors or unrefrigerated after delivery
• Delivery delays outside our control
• Incorrect shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing products upon arrival.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
6. Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused or returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failure to receive delivery
• Customer refusal
No refund will be issued due to the perishable nature of the products.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in:
• Forfeiture of future ordering privileges
• Submission of order, delivery confirmation, and policy documentation to the payment processor as evidence of policy acceptance
